The mouthfeel is pleasantly fresh, soft, and perfectly balanced, with a mineral tasty touch on the finish.

Food and wine pairings: This wine goes nicely with spaghetti with clams, with a classic risotto with asparagus, or with grilled fish and white meats.

Interesting pairing with grilled octopus topped with extra virgin olive oil, lemon and parsley.
